Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients (makes 2 servings)

  • 1 medium avocado (peeled, pitted, cubed)
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Chill for 30 minutes and serve.

The recipe is best the day you make it, but it can be stored in an airtight container for 24 hours.
