RECIPE: Creamy Dark Chocolate Hummus

Skip the sugary desserts and try Creamy Dark Chocolate Hummus  🍫💚

Made with chickpeas, cocoa, peanut butter and a touch of maple syrup, this brownie batter hummus is perfect for dipping berries or enjoying as a guilt-free treat. 🍓🥄

Ingredients (makes 10 3oz. servings)

  • 1 ½ cup cooked chickpeas about a 15 oz can
  • ¼-1/3 cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup peanut butter or any other nut/seed butter
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons water


Directions

Blend well and serve with berries
