The July Summer Snacks session at the Putnam County Library challenged kids to rethink what they drink. Marshall Health pediatric dietitian Rachel Sallade discussed the importance of staying hydrated and avoiding sugary beverages. Little and big kiddos enjoyed some healthy options.
